First–your wonderful staff! So helpful, responsible, warm and reliable! The guests and Brian and I were always well taken care of. The little detail of them bringing us a plate full of the passed appetizers. The set up and the breakdown was amazing. Even Mary complimented your staff.
Now on to the food! Everything was so delicious, we loved everything and so did the guests, We were nervous about people enjoying the food at our wedding while maintaining our beliefs and serving only vegetarian food. So many people came up to us and told us how much they loved the food. The cakes were gorgeous and delicious! We even cracked Brian, he loved the Lavender Rose Cake.
Finally–you! Thank you for working with me over the past 10 months. Your energy and tone was always calming and reassuring. You took care of every detail that without you we would have overlooked.
