Wedding Cakes

All our cakes are made with sweet cream butter, Feather Ridge Farm Eggs, Nielsen Massey pure vanilla extract, King Arthur unbleached flour from hard spring wheat and Rumford Non-Aluminum Baking Powder. We use Ronnybrook Farm old-fashioned cream-on-top milk and thick yellow cream. Many couples are choosing to forgo the traditional tiered cake route and instead are ordering several cakes and displaying them on pedestals of different heights.
